Hot Artichoke Dip (from Vickie)

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Artichoke Hearts (jar or canned)
  • 1 cup Freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Dukes Mayo

Instructions

  • Preheat oven 375F
  • Drain artichoke hearts well & chop; blend all ingredients into shallow baking dish
  • Cook for 10-15 mins until brown on top
  • Serve with celery and crackers
